We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We don't store your card details on our servers.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using ClientGo. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only — your data is safe, you just can't create new contacts or activities until you subscribe.
Data & Privacy
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own team's data. We never sell your data and only share it with essential service providers (see our Privacy Policy for details).
Your data is stored securely in the United States using Supabase, a trusted database provider. All data is encrypted and backed up regularly.
Absolutely not. We never sell your personal information or contact data to third parties. Your privacy is our priority.
Team Collaboration
Yes! ClientGo supports team workspaces where all contacts and activities are shared among team members. You can assign tasks, collaborate on client relationships, and keep everyone in sync.
There's no limit to the number of team members you can add. Team billing is seat-based, so you pay per active team member.
